What is Mind Body Spirit

Mind Body Spirit

In today’s society, the growth of body, mind and spirit is increasingly coming into the public eye. So what exactly is body, mind and spirit? What changes can it bring to our lives? How is it different from the chicken soup for the soul that we usually talk about?

First, let me talk about a concept. The difference between psychology and psychology is that psychology is a discipline of laws . People have extracted the trajectories of people’s thoughts and behaviors through years of experience, and then extracted experiments from these trajectories. These experiments can quickly figure out the individual cases of each person. However, psychology has limitations. As mentioned earlier, it is a summary of experience. It can only solve people’s external behaviors and cannot touch the inner source of human beings. Simply put, psychology can treat the symptoms, but not the root cause.

Recently, someone proposed that paranormal psychology is actually talking about the body, mind and spirit. The growth of the body, mind and spirit is to look inward. A writer wrote, “
Dear, there is no one outside, only yourself.” In fact, any external encounter that happens to you is related to yourself. It is attracted by the energy you emit. Maybe you will not understand it when you hear this now. It doesn’t matter. Please continue to listen. Paranormal psychology is just a new word developed for people to understand more easily. It has no meaning in itself, but is just a text symbol. Many body, mind and spirit workshops on the market are actually institutions that sell dog meat under the guise of sheep. A very important indicator is whether the leaders of those institutions regard themselves as teachers. Teachers are those who teach others what they don’t have. In fact, the body, mind and spirit are what you have. A qualified body, mind and spirit grower often calls himself
a guide or a communicator. They just entered this field earlier than us.

What does mind, body and spirit mean? The body is our body, the heart is our mind, which is also the part of our original psychology research , and the spirit is our inner space. What is the inner space? Let me give you an example. If we compare our brain to a box, which is filled with apples, would you think that the box is full? But we can also add peanuts. Do you think it is full now? No, we can also add sand. Do you think it is full now? You may say it is not full yet. In fact, there are many things smaller than the word sand.

So we have been putting things into the box since we were young. This is just like our own life. From birth to school to work, etc., we have been putting things into it throughout our lives, putting knowledge, diplomas, books you read, and words said by others, because everyone is very anxious and thinks that only by putting more things into it can we get along better in this society and be happier. But is it really so in fact? Do you think the more things in your head, the happier you are? The answer is of course no.

Happiness has nothing to do with knowledge. So what is preventing humans from getting the happiness they already have? It is that we have not discovered that there are actually gaps in our brains. In other words, there are gaps in the knowledge, experience and skills we have acquired since childhood, but we just don’t know it. People are blocked by unnecessary pressure in society and forget the space in their brains. This existing space is what we call the spirit. The most important thing about the spirit is to see that our brains are not continuous and our thoughts can be interrupted.

This is why many people send out their emotions without knowing it when they encounter something, and then they regret their anger when they look back. The body, mind and spirit is to ask everyone to look inward, see the existence of the spirit through the body and mind, and then no longer be controlled by the limiting beliefs of the brain, and be able to live the life they want.

Let me briefly tell you about the practical method. The best way to be aware of your body is to meditate . Sit on a chair, take a deep breath, calm yourself down, relax yourself, be aware of your breathing, and then be aware of your body. You will have a chance to see your thoughts
. They may pop up out of your control. It’s okay to let them pop up.

When you see the thoughts, your body, mind and spirit journey begins. After you see the thoughts, it is what we call the mind. Before you become aware, everything you do and say in the world are controlled by our mind. The mind is the limiting beliefs we have had since childhood. These limiting beliefs are the
real reason why we limit ourselves from living out our lives and living unhappily. Through the growth of body, mind and spirit, we must get rid of these limiting beliefs and live out our true selves.

So what is the difference between mind, body and soul and psychological chicken soup . To put it bluntly, psychological chicken soup is a poison. These chicken soups will paralyze yourself and make you think you have solved the problem, but in fact, when the problem comes again next time, you will still show your original behavior patterns , anger, frustration, etc. Psychological chicken soup is a placebo, and it is addictive. You will calm down after drinking chicken soup at this moment, but you will need a larger dose of chicken soup next time to satisfy yourself.

In this era of knowledge and information overflow, chicken soup can be seen everywhere. You need to identify which words are chicken soup and which are the life-saving medicine. For example, a person fell into a cesspool. Psychological chicken soup will make this person imagine that he is on vacation in Hawaii, and the breeze is so comfortable
. Little do they know that this person is almost suffocated. In fact, at this time
, the person does not need any chicken soup. What he needs is someone to pull him out of his stinking cesspool. In fact, most people in the world are in this cesspool, which contains the knowledge, information,

limiting beliefs , etc. that we desperately add. We don’t find that there is a gap in this cesspool. When you find the gap and walk into it, happiness will happen naturally, without any additives or side effects. Today I just shared some basic information with you. I will share my 10-year physical, mental and spiritual journey with you when I have the opportunity.
