Many of us remain anchored in the routine of being realistic and pragmatic and remain fixated on certain habits that we have always done. Every day we tend to do the same things, whether it’s a simple walk, cycling, yoga, practicing a team sport, swimming or going to the gym.
Thus, if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll have the results you’ve had so far. Building a fitness routine is essential to have a healthy lifestyle, but dreaming of more daring big goals, you will sprinkle harmony in your life.
As we grow older, we tend to suppress our dreams, due to various events throughout life. But, we should all follow our dreams to be truly fulfilled!
Think about what you would like to achieve and make sure that your dreams, including fitness, are not a projection of other people’s wishes. Be authentic! Then, the transformation of these big goals and dreams into reality depends only on the organizational capacity and the amount of passion you will put into their realization.
If you want to lose weight or put on more muscle mass or simply maintain a good level of muscle toning, if you really want these things and have the necessary organizational skills, you will most likely end up turning a dream in reality faster than you can imagine!
Make a plan!
Without a plan in place, you get nowhere.
I can support the fact that planning is good, but putting this plan into practice is even better.
We should resonate with this thought, given the fact that planning is important, as long as you don’t use up your energy and/or get “stuck” at this stage.
The plan doesn’t have to be perfect – far from it – but it should be realistic.
You should follow a structure when it comes to the most important aspects that make up your goals.
A strategy that requires consistent action is often the best to build. This means that your plan should include daily, weekly and monthly steps that will propel you forward.
And, more than that, if you raise the bar higher than the “maximum” level you think you can reach, you will challenge yourself to become a better version and be proud of the results of your work. And you will see that it will become contagious, you will want to keep this line of walking, and the quality of life will become much better and you will be a fulfilled person!
